We booked a mobile accessible bathroom because I am in a wheelchair. The bathroom had bars to hold onto in the shower but had a tub that is not mobile accessible. The hotel has a bar/restaurant but is has been closed for renovations. The hotel website still advertises the restaurant even though it is not open. Not having an option on premise severely limits my independence in a wheelchair. I would be able to access the restaurant to get something to eat/drink on my own. There was a makeshift bar set up in the lobby for 3 hours on Friday and Saturday, but it had very limited options. There is a restaurant near by the hotel has an agreement with where you can sign the bill to your room, but it is too far for me to wheel myself. We would have loved to watch the football game in the restaurant in the lobby on Sunday, but had to leave the hotel. If we knew the room was not mobile accessible and the restaurant/bar was closed, we would have booked elsewhere. These two factors dramatically affected our trip. When I brought these up at the counter, no remedy was offered.
