The staff was nice and rooms were clean. Free breakfast was okay. Someone broke into my car 2 nights in a row and it took 2 days for me to get ahold of the manager for the footage, it’s been 4 days and I still haven’t heard anything it was not taken seriously.

Do not stay there if you can find anywhere else!
What ever you do think twice before you stay at the Annapolis, MD hotel. Breakfast is suppose to be included, but when I came up the first day all the food was gone. I attempted to speak to the server and she look at me turn her back and walk in the back. My biggest problem was with the front desk clerk. I went to him and ask him to let the server know there is no food. His answer I don't work that part. I ask to speak to the mgr. and he told me he was office and don't want to be bother on weekend. I ask to cancel my 2nd day and was told that could cancel it but he would not give me back my money and he would not call the hotel manager. I went and contact Hotels.com and they told me after reaching out to him that he would not do the right think and refund my money. All this because I ask him to let the breakfast server know that there was no food. I will never stay at Best Western again and discourage anyone who ask, not to stay there. Ijust wanted them to do the right thing, but the apparent greed and hell with the customer altitude that was to much. Hear my warning.

Smoky non-smoking room
I stayed at this best western for one night with my partner. When I arrived the person at the front desk was courteous but attempted to assign us to a room with 2 beds when I specifically paid an upgrade for a king room, stating that housekeeping was running behind. When I said I paid for the upgrade I was given the king room without any wait which I found curious. We were given a non-smoking room, but when I entered the room it smelled like the smoking section of a Denny’s from the 90’s, which was irritating to my lungs while we were in the room. The front wall of the room seemed extra thin, as we could clearly hear the conversations of other guests as they walked by our room. The blankets were thin and it was chilly overnight bc the heat only was either off or on full blast. Overall the stay was just okay.

This hotel is located in the Riva Road area, with plenty of services (petrol station, supermarket and even a shopping mall within walking distance). Access to Route 50 is quick and easy, as is access to Annapolis city centre. Staff is helpful, rooms have good amenities (including fridge, microwave and coffee machine), good breakfast as well.

Very conveniently located just off route 50, shopping mall and other services nearby. Yes, you have to drive to the Historic Centre in Annapolis, but it's very quick (plenty of parking options there too). Staff very helpful, sorted a reservation change with no hassle.
