Consistently good quality
Easy check-in with friendly personnel. The room was clean and comfortable and there was a lovely area with a pathway away from the hotel and main roads for pet exercise. Always a perk going to the Hampton with a complementary breakfast so you can just grab-and-go.

The young man at check-in was very friendly and appeared to be very knowledgeable! My problem was the BED! Not a good mattress at all, I could not get comfort all night! Mattress needs to be replaced. Other than that, experience was ok!

I like that they had a wider variety of foods for breakfast and that it was not limited to just carbs, e.g. bagels, waffles, muffins and toasts. They had eggs, sausages, fruits etc. The location was really nice quiet and beautiful area but also in walking distance from the town centre/ shopping mall
