Located just a few minutes' walk from the stadium, you'll have easy access to exciting events while still enjoying a peaceful and comfortable stay. The spacious layout features cozy living areas, well-appointed bedroom, and all the amenities you need to feel at home.

With the Naval Academy only 2 miles away and Navy Stadium just a short stroll from your door, you'll be at the center of the action! Plus, enjoy access to a community pool and the serene surroundings of Heineman Park and Harts Cove. As you ascend the stairway to the second floor, you'll be greeted by the expansive master suite. Two additional queen bedrooms are also located on the second floor, each thoughtfully furnished for comfort and privacy, perfect for additional guests or family members.

The fully finished 930 sq ft basement offers even more space to unwind, with a cozy living area, a table for board games, and extra sleeping arrangements with a queen and full bed—providing flexibility for larger groups or those in need of additional accommodations.

Parking in Downtown Annapolis:
If you plan to drive, there are multiple parking garages and street parking options in downtown Annapolis, especially near the City Dock and other key attractions. The Park Annapolis garage is one of the larger parking facilities in the downtown area, located near the City Dock, making it an ideal option for those visiting the waterfront or historic districts.
