1 parking spot included for guests in a garage just steps from our home in the Hillman Garage, only a half a mile from the house off of main street. We pay for one parking spot for our guests on a monthly basis.

This restored three-story row home features plenty of space for relaxation – as you enter, an inviting living room and spacious dining room, separated by a restored two-way brick fireplace that feeds each room. The newly updated gas fireplace ignites with a click, providing cozy warmth and atmosphere for relaxing downtime in the front room or an intimate dinner with family and friends on the dining room side.

On the second floor, a large family room dominates, with a sectional practically begging you to sink into it.

This room overlooks the scene on Prince George Street below and is perfect for movie night, board games, or a quiet nap after a morning of taking in everything Annapolis has to offer. And our full-size second-floor refrigerator is just steps away for a drink or late-night snack ...
