Family stay in Annecy
Excellent location, a short walk into Annecy and to the lake. Great family room, good size with split level and 2 toilets. Friendly and helpful staff. We would highly recommend this hotel and we all absolutely loved Annecy.

A bit of an older hotel, but comfortable, spacious rooms. Very close to the train station, and charming city center.

When we arrived at our room for a 3 night stay we discovered the air conditioning was broken. We alerted the staff and were told someone would look at it, however they never did. We asked again and were just told sorry. The shower leaked all over the bathroom floor every time we showered so we had to ask for more towels every day. On our last day there was an awful sewage smell coming from the shower. The location was convenient to the train and a 10-15 min walk to shops and restaurants. But we would never stay in this hotel while visiting Annecy again.

The room was nice and met our needs. It's located in a safe area that is very convenient to the train station. Most restaurants are a 10-minute walk away, but that didn't concern us.

Nice hotel with cozy lobby. Spacious room with nice decor & good amenities. Kitchen compact but well designed and well equipped (it even has a dishwasher). Good location, near the Old Town and lake. Free coffee/tea in the lobby and friendly staff make our stay most enjoyable .
