The apartment is located in the historic centre of Annecy, at the edge of the canal, at the foot of the old town and the SNCF station and 5 minutes walking from the lakeside.

The bedroom is equipped with a double bed 160x200 cm (King size) and a large closet.
The living room opens onto the terrace and has a sofa bed to accommodate an additional person.
Fully equipped kitchen with oven, dishwasher, microwave and coffee machine.
Linen will be provided for your stay (sheets & towels) and a washing machine is also available.

The accommodation is located on the 5th floor with elevator.

Important: the apartment is non-smoking.

🅿️The nearest car park is the Post Office car park located 3 minutes walk from the accommodation.

Many restaurants and shops can be reached on foot; you can move on foot throughout your stay.

The apartment is located in a pedestrian street. Parking is possible in the nearby streets (paying during the day but free in the evening and on Sundays) or at the underground car parks Sainte Claire or Bonlieu.

Annecy, capital of Haute-Savoie, nestled on the shores of its lake in a mountain setting, is known for the quality of its environment and its quality of life.
Enjoying a remarkable site downstream of the lake, it has managed to maintain its architectural and historical heritage, rehabilitate its old quarters, to restore all their transparency to the waters of the lake by works often cited as an example and bloom its canals to which it owes its name of "Venice of the Alps".

Arrivals are possible every day from 4pm to 9pm.
After 9pm, if a stand-alone arrival solution cannot be found, an additional € 20 will be charged.

If the accommodation is available earlier we will be happy to welcome you before 4pm. This can only be confirmed the same day.
In the same way on the day of your departure, a late check-out will be allowed if the accommodation is not picked up the same evening.
To leave your luggage until the departure of the train we recommend the Luggage Locker “Casebook” located in the park of Bonlieu.

In the apartment description, it does not state that it is located directly above two noisy bars. Music pounded for hours each day, although, it did stop in the evening. Nevertheless, it was annoying. I found the apartment had several cleaning issues. I found large cobwebs on the walls, the glass shelves that held plates etc were pretty dirty and the shower was gross. There was mould on the shower ceiling and the drain was blocked, so water flooded out onto the bathroom floor. The tiles could have done with a good scrub.

Location was great and easy to get to a lot of places. Check in was okay - the email made it sound like the apartment was easy to find but it was a little confusing and I struggled. Some of the amenities could be improved with little things - there was no soap or a trash can in the bathroom which is an easy fix and I couldn’t find the button to open the shades in the bedroom. Otherwise it was fine.
