Two night stay

Location just outside Annecy town. 30min walk down hill but worthwhile stroll to canal & lake. Can get bus if don't want to walk. Hotel clean & tidy. Staff very helpful & friendly. Hotel is sat back from busy main road but didn't notice traffic noise. Good for short stay & good value.

Don't go there

This was a real disappointement Old rooms that smell of stale smoke still in the 1970's ! Stained carpets & washbasin The bed was ok though doll size cushions! We asked for a different room but as we had booked with an operator No changes were possible they told us! The pool area had been cleaned but all the dirt and stones were in and directly around the pool So just save yourself the hassle and don't go There are plenty of other hotels that are nicer and breakfast isn't 15€ extra.

Bonjour, Nous vous remercions d'avoir pris le temps de nous faire part de vos remarques. Concernant les brosses WC, pour des normes d'hygiène, nous ne pouvons pas en mettre dans les chambres. Votre commentaire concernant le petit-déjeuner nous est utile. Nous sommes actuellement en train de le retravailler. hôtel proche d'Annecy

Pros: Proximité d'Annecy et accès facile. Calme.
Cons: chauffage de la salle de bains. ralentisseur dans le parking trop haut et provoquant un frottement du bas de la voiture.
Location: Annecy est une ville très attrayante: le lac, la vieille ville qui est la petite Venise de Savoie.
Chambre bien, propre, calme. Literie d'un confort très satisfaisant. Notre séjour d'une nuit a eu lieu en hiver et la température de la chambre était un peu basse, mais surtout celle de la salle de bain était vraiment insuffisante. Petit déjeuner très bien. La fermeture du restaurant le week end était compensée par la proximité d'un restaurant tout à fait correct.

mercure annecy sud

Bon accueil, chambre confortable, parking protégé, on a eu le droit à un plan de Annecy et de ses environs, plutôt sympa. Un peu mal situer car l’hôtel est situé à cote d’un axe routier assez important. Mais le petit déjeuner servie en chambre a 13€50/personne servit sans couvert ainsi que l absence d un mini bar seront mes seules mauvaise surprises, l’hôtel a alors rembourser 1 plateau, donc ok pour cet hôtel. A savoir trouver un hotel a annecy centre se revele beaucoup plus pratique,,, d ailleur le mercure a annecy centre cout le meme prix que celui ci, avec la piscine en moins comme equipements,,,,, Mais pour faire la fete sejourner au centre est beaucoup plus pratique....
