The Bells - Charming T2 near the Lake
Discover the city centre and its lively market, its cobbled streets and the beautiful canals of "Little Venice of the Alps".
This apartment can accommodate 2 people on the 3rd floor without elevator of a 60’s building.
The room has a 140x200 bed (Single). You can enjoy a balcony after a beautiful day on the lake or in the mountains.
The apartment is equipped with a Smart TV, wifi, and all the necessary amenities to have a good stay such as a Filter coffee machine, washing machine...
The bathroom is equipped with a shower and the toilet are separate.
⚠️ Unless indicated: in France the bathroom is composed (of a shower or a bath), the toilet is departed. We remain at your disposal for any further information on this subject.
Linen will be provided for your stay, sheets, towels and kitchen towel.
Many restaurants and shops within walking distance; you can get around without a car during your stay.
The lake is a 15 min walk away. Bike rental nearby (a superb bike path makes all the way around the lake).

Enjoying a remarkable site downstream of the lake, the city has managed to maintain its architectural and historical heritage.
⏰ Arrivals are possible every day from 4pm to 9pm.
After 9pm, if a stand-alone arrival solution cannot be found, an extra charge of €20 will be charged.
If the accommodation is available earlier we will be happy to welcome you before 4pm. This can only be confirmed the same day.
In the same way on the day of your departure, a late check-out will be allowed if the accommodation is not picked up the same evening.
🧳To ensure your peace of mind until your train departs, we strongly advise you to use the "Lockin" luggage locker at 2 rue Jean Jaurès in Annecy to leave your suitcases in complete safety.
