Summary:
Modern comforts and amenities furnish this historic studio apartment in the Lagarde apartment complex. You'll have a restful night's sleep in a comfortable bed, enjoying the history and charm of this third floor apartment. You can look forward to beautiful natural light and a clean place to work or relax. .

The Space:
This 3rd floor studio in this 1942 historic building was John B. Lagarde's library and social area. Mr. Lagarde owned a concrete company, and used his company's materials to build these solid, everlasting apartment buildings. You will enjoy the historic artifacts within this space, as well as the safety, security, and serenity that the architecture offers.

Guest Access:
Guests have full access to the apartment. Entry with keypad.

The Neighborhood:
Being located in historic East Anniston you are near shopping and restaurants. You are within minutes of Noble St. where you will find bars and upscale eateries and 5-10 minutes from the Oxford exchange and the Quintard Mall. You are also just minutes away from the Regional Medical Center.

The complex is safe and there is a designated parking space for you. The building is historic and our unit has been outfitted with more modern appliances but still has most of the original characteristics of its time period.

Getting Around:
There is a dedicated parking space for apartment C8. Visitor parking is available if you need more than one space.

Chief Ladiga Trail Head - 14 minutes
Fort McClellan - 12 minutes
Jacksonville State University - 22 minutes
Talladega Speedway - 25 minutes

POOL:
The pool at the complex is available for your enjoyment seasonally. Please check with us before booking to be sure the pool is open.
Pool maintenance may occur during your stay affecting pool hours.

TV:
The TV in the apartment is a Smart TV with a Roku device. Feel free to use the free Roku app to watch movies and shows or login to your personal Netflix, Hulu, etc. to watch your favorite shows. There is no cable access.

This is a 3rd floor apartment in an apartment complex. The building was built in the 40's. There is no elevator.

Interaction with Guests:
Although you'll have complete privacy while you're here, Chris and Cameron are available by Airbnb message, should any issues come up. There are two full-time maintenance workers who will promptly take care of any issues in the apartment.
