Darnley View is a fantastic five bedroom, five bathroom house forming part of a converted farm steading located in the countryside between Crail and Kingsbarns.
Ideally suited to families or golfing groups alike, this spacious property provides the perfect place to get together in beautiful surroundings. The open plan lounge and dining area opens onto an enclosed and sunny garden with several seating areas and a garden room allowing you to enjoy the outdoors in all weather.
Darnley View forms part of an exclusive development amongst farm land. On entering the home, the grand hallway with gallery staircase opens onto the living areas, two ground floor bedrooms and a bathroom. Upstairs are a further three bedrooms, all with en-suite shower rooms and an abundance of fitted storage.
The tiered lounge and dining area is a superb space for socialising, with a cosy reading nook and direct access into the garden. The fully fitted kitchen with breakfasting area has a separate utility room which also gives garden access-perfect for dogs. The garden has several areas including a large lawn, decked area, barbecue and furnished summer house.
The downstairs bedrooms comprise of a double room and en-suite superking room which can be arranged as a twin on request. Upstairs are two king bedrooms and a twin which can be arranged as a king on request.
Kingsbarns golf course is just a few minutes away and Crail Golf Club reached in five minutes. St Andrews is a 10-15 minute drive and Edinburgh just over an hour.
