Wir haben für zwei Erwachsene und ein Kind gebucht. Das Kind wurde anscheinend nicht korrekt angemeldet. Deshalb hat das Einchecken etwas länger gedauert. Die Lage des Hotels ist top.

Hotel leider etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Instandhaltung auf Minimum: Klemmende BadezimmerTüre, WC-Sitz wackelt, Flecken auf den weissen Ablageflächen und Balkonboden, fremde Fingerabdruck-Spuren auf der Türe wurden nie gereinigt. Personal eher desinteressiert und unmotiviert, schwierig einen Drink zu bestellen. Positiv: Jeden Tag eine kleine Aufmerksamkeit im Zimmer: Früchte, Dekoration mit Badetüchern und Blüten auf dem Bett, Kuchen, Karte und Prosecco zum Geburtstag. Frühstücksbuffet top und sehr günstig ca. 7.-Euro/Person.

Im Sommer kann man sich auf das Klima nicht verlassen. Die Leistung ist sehr Schwach. Beim checkin habe ich zum teil haare gesehn. War sehr unsauberes Zimmer. Versteht man das Personal augrund ihres Akzent nicht, sind sie bereits genervt.
