Dear Sir/Madam, First of all; thank you for your precious comments about our hotel. However, we are also sad about the issue you dealt with on your check-out. But in this situation, we need to make an explanation about this situation. Our minibars in the room are filled daily by our staff and left as the same as on your check-in date. And at the check-out, it is getting checked by our minibar staff again. If there is something missing, then our staff starts to check the garbage of the missing item in the room which shows us that the item is used by guest who is checking out. Your investigation is completed and minibar service reported that the garbage of the items from minibar was found in the bathroom's trashcan. We are really sorry about this situation, but this is how it goes about minibar in our hotel. We wish to see you again in our hotel as soon as possible to show our real service and hospitality.
