Charming house on the shores of Lake Geneva

Our house (110m2) is located 100m from the beach of "Champ de l'eau" on Lake Geneva.
It has a large garden of 500m2, a barbecue, a ping-pong table (rackets and balls provided), a garden shed.
The restaurant "Les pieds dans l'eau" is 50m away.
The refreshment bar "La Godille", with small catering, is 200m away (summer season only)

SUMMER
You can enjoy Lake Geneva and the mountains.
On the beach, you will find a rental of canoes, paddles, pedal boats, windsurfing boards 100m away.

CHRISTMAS PERIOD
- Come and enjoy the 2 magnificent Christmas markets of Thonon-Les-Bains (5 min by car) and Montreux in Switzerland (1 hour by car).
- For a different atmosphere, come and stroll through the driftwood village: "the fabulous village of the Flottins" in Evian-Les-Bains (20 minutes by car); you will meet the flottins and flottines who will tell you their stories.
The "Fabuleux Village" is an extraordinary cultural event that resolutely takes the opposite view of commercial Christmases. We enter a bubble of dreams and poetry where nothing is for sale, where everything is to be dreamed and imagined!

WINTER
You can go downhill skiing, cross-country skiing, snowshoeing, ski touring because the slopes are between 25 minutes and 50 minutes away by car.

IN ALL SEASONS
You can visit Evian-Les-Bains, Thonon-Les-Bains, Yvoire, Geneva, Lausanne, Montreux, Chamonix.

Access by a spiral staircase (see photo) without banister. Not accessible to people with reduced mobility. For very tall people, you will have to watch your head at the top of the stairs

Lovely quirky property. Amazing location right on the lake. There was no oven and the decor was a little dated. We had a fantastic week, the kids loved it. We would definitely consider returning in the future.

It is a beautiful home where you can observe rushing river waters in the backyard. It is close to the lake and has a lovely restaurant nearby. All and all, a nice place to visit and make a base for your travels in the Geneva region.

Wonderful would love to return
Old stone family character cottage right across from Lake. Beautiful large garden listen to stream or play ping pong, impressive wood work tiny staircase to second bedroom charming. Comfortable lots hot water and large TV. Great location 2 doors away good restaurant, 5 minutes to large Carrefour and a lot of other shopping. Easy to visit Yvoire, Geneva , Evian, Montreux and the Alps.

Ein Haus für Sommertage
Der Empfang war freundlich. Der Aussenbereich ist wunderschön. In der zweiten Woche gab es einen Kälteeinbruch. Es wurde uns gesagt, dass sie erst ab 19 Grad heizen. Wir hatten Temperaturen von 17-19Grad während 5 Tagen! Als sie endlich heizen wollten, war die Heizung defekt. Bettwäsche, Betttücher, Handtücher sind alt und verwaschen. Für 4 Erwachsene Personen bekamen wir nur ein Duschtuch und 5 Handtücher. Für die Duvets gab es keine Anzüge, Wolldecken mussten genügen. Moltons werden nicht gewaschen! Alles wirklich unhygienisch und muffig. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet, leider gab es keinen Backofen. Ich würde das Haus nur für die Sommermonate empfehlen.

Malgré un temps de Toussaint assez maussade, nous avons passé un très agréable séjour. Balades à pied ou à vélo sur les bords du lac, parties de ping-pong et jeux de société en grande quantité pour occuper un enfant. Gîte spacieux et hôtesse très disponible et sympa.

Schönes charismatisches Haus in idealer Lage
Das Haus macht es einfach, einen wunderbaren Urlaub zu haben. Der Garten ist groß und durch die Bäume bemerkt man die Straße kaum. Man fühlt sich wie im Grünen. Und der See ist nur ca. 30m weit weg. Besser kann man es kaum treffen. Wir haben die Zeit dort sehr genossen. Danke Isabelle

Der Aufenthalt hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Der grosse und schöne Garten und die Nähe zum See waren super. Ausserdem ist Thonon mit seiner Altstadt und den Restaurants nicht weit weg.

Recommandé Située au bord du lac Léman et à deux pas de Thonon (commerces, port), chaleureuse maison ayant le charme de l'ancien (et une histoire originale !) et agrémentée d'un jardin avec petite rivière. Stationnement inclus. Très bon séjour, au calme (hors saison). Seule remarque : l'accès aux chambres à l'étage peut être difficile pour des personnes à mobilité réduite. Très bon contact avec des propriétaires organisés, attentionnés et sympathiques.

Ancienne mais jolie maison au bord du lac avec un beau jardin.Du charme même si tout est un peu ancien et authentique.L escalier intérieur est à sécuriser et les draps de bains à changer.Sinon rien à redire...

Ein Schmuckstück am See
Dieses Haus ist eine wunderbar altmodische Perle inmitten mondänen Villen und protzigen Bungalows am Genfer See. Herrliche alte Möbel, eine komplett eingerichtete Küche mit allen Details, wir haben uns wie zu Hause gefühlt oder wie auf Besuch bei den sehr lieben Großeltern. Man merkt, dass hier Menschen wirklich gelebt haben und nicht nur ein Raumausstatter ein Ferienhaus eingerichtet hat. Der See ist auf der anderen Seite einer sehr kleinen Straße und leuchtet zum Küchenfenster hinein. Im großen Garten kann man sich gut erholen. Danke für den schönen Aufenthalt.
