Pictures of the hotel are mislead. The hotel in reality looks like an apartment complex. There is no space to park safely on the street and if you want to park on the property grounds the parking space is limited and crowded, cars block each others. Horrible…..checking experience was terrible. The lady at the front desk was the worst, very ghetto like. Our room was a unit outside the main building and it felt like we were sleeping in the storage area. Can’t comment on cleaning and facilities because we grabbed our luggage and left the property. I simple did not feel safe as well. Booked another hotel and took the loss. For locals that are in a tight budget is fine, but if you want to enjoy your stay as a foreigner and be close to the beach, restaurants and a nice area do yourself a favor and book a better hotel.

Foi horrível,pra ficar ruim tem que melhorar muito. Falta de profissionalismo,não tem serviço de quarto, ar condicionado extremamente barulhento, cozinha compacta sem nenhum utensílio, nada,nada, estacionamento péssimo se der sorte de conseguir vaga nele,manobrista usando chinelo. Nem papel higiênico tinha direito, tive que comprar. Café da manhã pago, caro e horrível. Propaganda no site enganosa. Sem contar que não fica tao próximo a praia,o restaurante não fica aberto tempo todo como falam. Um mal cheiro insuportável e na garagem tinha rato passando.

Quando optamos por lá imaginávamos condições melhores, a água ficava empoçada no box do banheiro, quando chegamos não tinha toalhas no quarto e os travesseiros estavam sem fronhas. O dia que íamos comer no restaurante não estava funcionando, tirando isso foi ok.

A realidade nao condiz com as fotos divulgadas.

Comprei seis diárias com cafe da manhã. Ao chegar no hotel no check-in ja foi questionada ( duvidando da minha reserva), que o hotel não realiza reserva com cafe da manhã incluso. E mesmo mostrando meu comprovante de reserva, não adiantou. Precisei entrar em contato com hotels.com para enviar um comprovante para o hotel Aracaju suites. Outra coisa que me chamou atenção: - os funcionários do hotel não usam uniformes, como também EPI ( Equipamentos de Proteção Individual), que é obrigatório em empresas. O quarto reservado não foi o mesmo que me ofereceram. Não disponibilizou lençol, somente lençol de elástico em tamanho menor (ao amanhecer o lençol estava solto, pois não era compatível ao tamanho do colchão), e um sobre-leito. Foi necessária solicitar com questionamentos um lençol sem elástico para me cobrir (informando que ocorreu atraso de entrega pela lavanderia, serviço é tercerizado), que permaneceu durante toda estadia. Inclusive cheguei a comunicar que não precisava ter retirada o lençóis, se não tinha o kit completo para repor. As toalhas estavam tão desjastada que havia rasgos, e a cor era cinza ( encardidas). Ao questionar, falaram: "- Senhora não é culpa nossa, infelizmente é da lavanderia". Como se esta questão não fosse de responsabilidade da direção do hotel. O cafe da manhã é oferecido no 4⁰ andar , pelo restaurante MILANO. Porém, os alimentos são expostos à temperatura ambiente sem nenhum tipo de proteção (não são cobertos, e nem refrigerados), e o Rechaud a
