O apartamento estava com problemas em um dos banheiros. Vazamento na pia e na caixa de descarga. Tivemos que manter o registro fechado para não alagar banheiro. Um transtorno toda vez que alguem usava o banheiro tínhamos que abrir o registro. A cozinha não é completa, faltan utensílios básicos. Tivemos um acidente. O armador da rede da varanda rompeu. Minha mãe caiu no chão e machucou o cotovelo. O responsável foi ate la para ver o problema do banheiro mas não voltou para consertar. Senti um descaso nisso. A praia é linda mas o lugar é bem calmo.

Paz e sossego em Canoa Quebrada
Estadia muito agradável. Flatzinho rústico e confortável, bem prático, completo e agradável.. a 2km de caminhada, pela praia, do centro de Canoa Quebrada, o flat é um achado pra quem quer paz e tranquilidade. Varanda otima pra um bom vinho ao luar. Excelente. Recomendo.
