I did not ask for handicap room. All bathroom was with water. They charge me for parking of two cars instead of one. Breakfasts was terrible everything was complicated

El acceso es muy complicado ya que si llegas tarde y cansado todavía tienes que adivinar cómo darte de alta con tu teléfono , escanear tu pasaporte, etc para que te den una llave , faltan instrucciones en español , el acceso es pequeño y ahí te quedas mínimo 20 minutos mientras encuentras cómo conseguir la llave y no hay nadie que te ayude

1. kam die Aufforderung online einzuchecken, aber keinen Hinweis wie. Erst nach Rückfrage erfuhr ich dass ich den Link in Whattsapp bekommen habe. Mit den Link kam ich auf eine Anmeldeseite bei der ich meine sämtliche Daten, inklusive Kreditkarte eingeben mußte. Das hatte ich aber schon bei der Buchung erledigt. Normalerweise vermeidet man ja so eine Eingabe wegen Betrugsverdacht. Auch Ausweisnummer und sogar ein Foto vom Ausweis wurde verlangt. Üblicherweise gibt man solche Daten nicht einfach heraus, und wie bitte macht man das unterwegs, wenn man z.B. für Freunde gebucht hat die garnicht anwesend sind?Am Ende des Vorgangs kam dann der Text das ja Alles schon bezahlt ist, also im Prinzip ja nicht nötig war.Schließlich gab es noch einen Button um den Schlüssel zu aktivieren,aber woher weiß man denn ob da nicht schon ein Schlüssel irgendwo im Hotel herausfällt?Angekommen war nur illegales Parken möglich, die Checkinparkplätze waren besetzt, Zugang zum Parkhaus hatte ich noch nicht.Der Haupteingang und mein Zimmer ließen sich dann mit dem Telefon öffnen, für das Zimmer meiner Mitreisenden mußte ich aber erst einen Hotspot bereitstellen damit diese die Schlüsselmail erhält. Nur damit hatte Sie Zugang zu ihrem Zimmer.Später mußte die Mitreisende dann mit Kosten verbunden ihr Rooming aktivieren um per SMS WLAN zu haben.Das funktionierte einmal, einmal unterbrochen ging es nie wieder.Letztendlich mußte ich während des gesamten Aufenthalts für die Mitreisende das Zimmer öffnen.
