Accueil et personnel sympathiques et agréables. Bonne situation, en accès directe à la promenade piétonne et la plage. 10 mn à pied du coeur d'Arcachon par la promenade.

magnificent view

Pros: view
Cons: redo all the decoration, prices are very high compared to the prestation
Location: nothing
beautiful view from the room, but the decoration is really obsolete, the blankets are no longer made, the room demodee, and the rate does not match the service

Das Hotel war sauber und das Personal sehr freundlich. Nur die Zimmer sind so klein dass man sich kaum bewegen kann. Nicht einmal zwei Koffer haben Platz.

HONTEUX

L hotel pratique du sur booking. Je me suis retrouvé balancé a 10 km d Arcachon dans un hotel avec vue sur un centre commercial. Retour taxi a mes frais car pour ce wek end j etais sans voiture. Bref un massacre cet hotel.

Monsieur, Nous sommes désolés pour votre déconvenue. Mais vous oubliez de dire que vous aviez réservé pour 2 personnes et à l'arrivée vous étiez 3. Il est vrai que nous avons fait une erreur de date: votre chambre était réservée le lendemain.Mais nous n'aurions pas pu vous recevoir à la bonne date puisque nous n'avions pas de chambre triple de disponible.Nous vous avons trouvé une chambre SUPERIEURE dans un établissement 4 étoiles alors que nous ne sommes que 3 étoiles et nous avons réglé la différence de tarif .Vous étiez aimable et avez convenu que "tout le monde pouvait se tromper" lorsque je vous ai déposé à la porte de votre résidence de tourisme. Encore une fois, nous ne sommes pas habitués à pratiquer ce que vous appelez le sur-booking, ce n'est pas dans notre état d'esprit mais essayons d'arranger au mieux le problème lorsqu'il se présente. Et c'est la 1ère fois que cela se produisait en 43 ans ! Très sincèrement, La directrice, Josiane Perré
