The house is located in the heart of La Mancha, “the place” where our most universal novel was born. Ideal starting point to get to know the famous Medrano Cave, the prison where Cervantes started Don Quixote. Less than 30 km away you can visit the Peñarroya Castle, the Antonio López de Tomelloso House Museum, the Ruidera Lagoons, the Montesinos cave, the Manzanares Cheese museum, the Plaza Mayor de La Solana, the Molinos de Campo de Criptana and endless places of interest.

House completely renovated in July 2021 with the latest technology in isolation, comfort and security.

All its rooms are exterior so it is very bright and well ventilated. The windows of the house and the access door to the patio have mosquito nets.

It has a double bedroom, another bedroom with two beds, a living room with a sofa, a kitchen, a bathroom with a spacious shower with a screen, a laundry room and a very cozy and cozy outdoor patio, to taste meals, enjoy games of table outside and have romantic evenings.

The house is ideal to accommodate 4 people. Although, it has a large sofa that allows some more guests, but it must be borne in mind that it has only one bathroom, although it is quite spacious.

The house only has one floor and the entire floor is made of wood except in the bathroom and kitchen, which is ceramic. The furniture is modern, practical and functional to which custom vintage furniture has been incorporated that give it a certain retro air.

It has the following electrical appliances / devices: carbon dioxide detector, smoke detector, 32 ”led Tv, 800 Mb fiber optics, ceramic hob, oven, extractor hood, refrigerator, microwave, toaster, electric coffee maker, electric kettle. water, electric juicer, sandwich maker, washing machine, air conditioning in living room and bedroom, digital table lamp, playpen, baby chair to eat, board games, reading books, ironing board and iron.

We also provide you with what you need to cook and have a coffee or infusion: oil, vinegar, salt, sugar, pepper, coffee, filters and various infusions.

The house is located in a residential street, wide and quiet. You can park your vehicle for free at the door of the house. The town can be visited on foot.

Less than 200 meters you will find:

Several Supermarkets, a large Bazaar, bars, restaurants with take away food, and the bus station that will connect you with Tomelloso and Manzanares.

Within a 5-minute walk you have pharmacies, a 24-hour grocery store, pastry shop, hairdressers, etc.

The center is a 10-minute walk away.

The A4 is 30 km away, the A42 7 km and the A43 less than 2 km.

The main railway station is 35 km away. (Alcazar de San Juan).

Tomelloso Hospital is 8 km away, Manzanares Hospital 28 km away. and that of Alcázar to 35 km.

Children under 8 years of age can stay for free with their parents, so they do not have to be counted when making the reservation. Of course, it must be taken into account that they can occupy places.

The house is located within the town, in a spacious and totally quiet street, so both parking and relaxation, disconnection and rest are guaranteed.

Just 200 meters away we have a Public School, the bus station, two supermarkets, a large Bazaar, several bars and a restaurant with food to order and take away. Just over 500 meters away you will find a pharmacy, a 24-hour grocery store and a pastry shop.

Also in less than 10 minutes walking you will be in the center of the town.

The house is located on a street where there are no parking problems, which is free. Guests can leave the vehicle at the door of the house.

You can walk around the town.

Just 200 meters from the house is the bus station that connects the town with Manzanares and Tomelloso.

40 km. the important Alcázar de San Juan train station is located.
