Brand new loft, finely renovated, modern, fresh, functional and with stunning views of Lake Como.
On one floor, it consists of a large living area with exposed beams, kitchen, living room, sofa bed for 2 people and TV.
A modern sliding door structure divides the living area from the bedroom.
The hallway is arranged with several custom doors/cabinets.
Fully equipped kitchen with induction hob, oven, coffee machine, toaster, egg warmer and dishwasher.
The bathroom, also large, is divided into two: on one side there is a shower and a sink, on the other the toilet, the washing machine and another sink.
The absence of intermediate walls, between one room and another, gives lightness and brightness without having to give up your private space.

Amazing Property and Host
The Target Rent property in Argegno exceeded our expectations! The apartment was very spacious and modern. The veranda provided an incredible view of the lake and mountains. The host was extremely helpful throughout the entire rental period. Only recommendations we have is for the tv to be a smart tv so streaming content can be viewed like Netflix. Other recommendation is to have a full length mirror available in the apartment. Again, the apartment was amazing and we highly recommend.
