This adorably updated home is centrally located in downtown Arnold within walking distance to stores, shopping, restaurants and live music! It is less than a 5-minute drive or 15-minute walk to White Pines Lake and Arnold Rim Trail. Camp Cocktail offers a spacious backyard great for both kid and adult play! You will find a gas burning fire pit perfect for making smores and memories! If you enjoy cooking inside or out, Camp Cocktail has you covered, with a gas bbq (propane provided), a fully stocked kitchen with gorgeous butcher block counter tops, and indoor and outdoor games that will keep the kids entertained for hours! So many more attractions you won't want to miss out on!
Camp Cocktail accommodates up to 10 guests (8 adults max.) in 2 bedrooms + the bunk area (common space): the first bedroom has a Queen bed, a Twin over Twin bunkbed, and a pack-n-play. The second has a Queen bed only. There is an additional sleeping area in the common space just off of the living area with 4 Twins (2 bunkbeds) which are suitable for both children and adults.
