Multiple sets of stairs makes this home appropriate for able bodied individuals only. Bedrooms are on the 3rd and 4th levels. Please leave shoes in the entry "mud" room on the first floor.
To avoid attracting mice, please remove food upon departure, and from countertops during your stay. Separated garbage and recycling should be placed in the bear proof box by the front door.
If you have excess garbage and recycling, please leave $5 in cash per bag and notify us before you depart so we can alert the removal service to remove it ASAP...so it doesn't attract rodents.
Unless departing on Wednesday or Thursday when the dump is closed, you can avoid the garbage removal fee by taking it to Avery Transfer Station, 1 minute off Hwy 4, 4541 Seagale Road, (Moran/Seagale), Avery, CA 95224.
Access to the creek requires climbing at your own risk. On premises snow play requires adult supervision at all times, also at your own risk. Please don't leave cigarette butts or other trash on the property and especially not in the creek.
PET FEE
We're dog lovers so welcome your pooches. Some breeds don't shed but most do so instead of an arbitrary pet fee imposed on everyone, we leave it to guests to put down sheets or towels on furniture to save the cleaners extra work.
