Serene Sierra Cabin Big Trees Forestissä

Nauti raikasta ilmaa myrkytyksestä ja hiljaisuudesta tässä rentouttavassa ja rauhallisessa 3bd / 1: ssä. 5 kylpyamme 1968 groovy A-kehyshytti. Sijaitsee 1. 5 metsäisellä hehtaarilla, takapihalla on Calaveras Big Trees State Park. Ympäri vuoden Moran Creek kulkee kiinteistön reunalla. Kaikki puun sisäpuolella: kielen sisään uritetut mänty katot ja pähkinäpaneelit, suuri puulämmitteinen liesi, jossa on kolme tasokasta ruokaa. Täysin varusteltu keittiö, jossa on vintage-vaaleanpunainen ja valkoinen formica-laskuri ja aamiaisbaari, johon mahtuu neljä. Squawin laakson ensimmäisen tuolihissin suunnittelijan tekemä hartsin päällä oleva pyöreä pöytä. Giganttinen punapuun ympäröivä kansi nauttimaan takapihalla Big Trees-Calaveras State Parkin autuudesta. Pääkerroksessa, kaksi makuuhuonetta: yksi kuningatar, toisessa kaksi kaksoset, kylpyamme, jossa on suuri kylpyamme / suihku; parvella: yksi queen ja yksi twin ja 1/2 kylpy. Sohva on täynnä. Retro sisustus, jossa on oranssit lasivalaisimet, kilim-matot ja untuvapeitteet kaikilla vuoteilla. Vintage sähköinen näppäimistö ja täydellinen stereojärjestelmä. Valtava punapuun kansi, jota ympäröivät kukkivat Dogwoods kevät. Voi nukkua 7-8 .. Viikonlopun illalliset Snowflake-lomahuoneessa, täydellinen keittiö tai kaasugrilli hytissä. 35 "Bear Valley Ski Area, laskettelu tai maastohiihto. 20" viinin maisteluun 1850-luvun historiallisessa Murphyssa. Niin paljon tekemistä tai ei!

We loved our stay at Robin's cabin. It's well loved and lived, which makes homey and cozy. Definitely not one of those sterile vacation rentals, where you feel right away, the owners are not using their own place. Yes, the carpet could have been cleaner, especially next to the fire place.We loved the discovery of the forrest trail to walk our dog, just a few steps up the road.

A little confusing getting from the main road into the property but directions given were great. Cozy cabin with room for more people than I had. Perfect to get away and disconnect from the world. No cell service but WiFi worked great.

Much needed get away

Our overall trip was wonderful. We appreciated the coziness of the cabin and the surrounding property. Our kids loved walking around with our dog. We took advantage of Big Trees State Park as we as the brewery.

Great location, less than stellar interior

Dark photos hid things like carpet padding coming out from the floor in the upstairs bathroom and a very dusty and very lived in space. This felt like I was in someone else's space a bit too much. Pots and pans had many caked on stains and grime so we microwaved everything and ended up buying paper towels and paper plates.

Great funky old school warm & cozy cabin

Despite no TV which wasn’t necessary this place rally grows on you over time. The kids loved it and the host, Robin was super friendly and accommodating. Unlike other rentals — this home is lived in by the hosts so their personal touch and 60s flare is on filial display. We had a great time! Keep in mind, the stairs are quite long to get to the main door and there are stairs of course to the loft so if that’s an issue this might not be the place for you. Otherwise, soak up the chill, warm, groovy vibes ingrained in the home and enjoy!

Mountain Retreat

We had a lovely time in Arnold. The lakes, we went to three, we all beautiful and with such warm temps, the water felt great. The cabin truly is right out of the 1970's but everything is clean and well kept - it's a trip and took me straight back to my childhood memories. Our son and dog both had so much fun running through the woods, splashing in the lakes and enjoying the stars! Thank you Robin for a great stay!!

Step back in time

I really enjoy the house, The only thing that I would change would be to take more of the personal belongings off the side tables where people sit and next to the bed. put those away because it was hard to put a soda or glass of water. I felt like I was intruding on the space but I really liked it overall. Would recommend if you want to unplug from electronics.

Snowy stay at mountain retreat

What a nice cabin to spend a weekend. Wooded surroundings, comfy beds, great vibe to the cabin. All four of us (adults) enjoyed the laid back feel and the sense of quiet. Away from the highway, but not too far over well maintained and plowed roads from Highway 4. The dogs thought it was a great place too. Everything worked & plenty of hot water. Highly recommend this cabin!

Fun cabin in the woods

We had such a great weekend at this cabin. It is in a quiet part of Blue Lake Springs and is cozy and comfortable. It’s less than five minutes to the rec center and our kids had the best time in the pool. Our doggo was super happy there too. Would definitely love to rent again.
