Place is fully equipped with pantry and minimart with bar & restaurant on ground floor. However, the 4 star hotel has no phone to call to reception. Also no complimentary bottled water for consumption. Do note check out hour is at 10am officially though they did allow us to extend to 12 when we walked to reception to consult them.

The hotel was pleasant, staff were friendly and helpful. It’s a bit out of the main tourist track, but really nice and peaceful. The only thing I would comment on is that the mattress in the bedroom was so hard it hurt to sleep on. I slept on the sofabed in the lounge that was perfectly good.

Really pleasant hotel.
The hotel was clean, the staff extremely helpful. The room had everything we needed. The beds were comfortable. We ate from the buffet one evening we were there and I really enjoyed the food.

Good mid range hotel.
We had a studio for two people which was adequate for our needs, not a huge room but big enough for two. Beds were basic but comfortable. It would have been nice to have some chairs inside to sit and watch television. Equipment for cooking was enough to manage when catering for two. The pool was quite chilly and needed to be a few degrees warmer. Pool surround clean with plenty of beds but that's in January. Half the complex is in shade all day. I would have been unhappy if I'd had a balcony on the shady side. Restaurant food good and reasonably priced. Small shop with enough basics to manage and again reasonably priced. All the staff were friendly and helpful. Not a great deal to do in the evenings in the surrounding area. A few restaurants within walking distance and several small supermarkets.. No beach you can sit on nearby,just rocks where you could sit to sunbathe.

Helpful Staff
The staff at this hotel was very helpful in arranging a transfer for us to Santa Cruz. We appreciated being able to use the facilities after checking out and being able to store our luggage. Breakfast was delicious and had a good variety of fruit, yogurt, cereal, bread, croissants, pastries, cheese, meat and some hot items as well. The heated pool was a focal point for guests.

Lovely clean apartments, in quiet residential area, but bus stop outside. A few restaurants in the area and good restaurant on site serving delicious reasonably priced food. The apartments are well equipped, microwave, hob, fridge, kettle and coffee maker, each apartment had a patio with table and sun loungers. There is a large outdoor swimming pool which was great, there is also a pub on site that serves good bar food, a restaurant, a well stocked supermarket, a souvenir shop, all reasonable prices.
