Our well maintained holiday home in the sunny south of Tenerife

On the ground floor you will find the spacious living room with stylish dining area, the well-equipped kitchen and a guest toilet.

From here you have easy access to the private terrace with a romantic little garden.

Use the other exit, come to the communal pool.

Upstairs you will find the two light-filled bedrooms (with shutters for darkening), each with a balcony, and the well-equipped bathroom.

The two tastefully decorated bedrooms have spacious fitted wardrobes. The larger room ('Rojo') also has a small desk, a safe and a cupboard.

Chayofa is the ideal place for a quiet, relaxing holiday, with all the opportunities for nature expeditions and other sporting activities, as well as the full afterlife in short reach. Nevertheless, you live away from the hustle and bustle in a private atmosphere! That's just awesome!

The quiet and well-maintained villa suburb is located five minutes northeast of the turbulent tourist resorts of Los Cristianos and Playa de las Américas at the foot of the Parque Nacional de Las Cañadas del Teide with its many hiking opportunities.

Since Chayofa is only about 300 m above sea level, you can enjoy here all year round a temperate mild climate with very little rainy days.

Its privileged location gives Chayofa a fantastic panoramic view of Los Cristianos, Playa de las Americas, the Atlantic Ocean with the island of La Gomera in the background and the mountains of the Teide National Park.

Nevertheless, the sprawling, well-maintained, bright sandy beaches of Los Cristianos and Playa de las Americas are only a few kilometers away. There, sun worshipers get their money all year round.

For active holidaymakers also a lot is offered: Whether water sports, diving, snorkeling, hiking, golfing or dancing - everything is feasible in the immediate vicinity.

Especially latino dancers we are happy to provide personally information about the local activities, since we both are passionate salsa dancers for years.

Disliked: Cleanliness
Wohnung, na ja. Lage: Für ältere Menschen nicht geeignet. Spärlich eingerichtet.
Betten sind ok. Sofa und Bestuhlung schlecht. Kochgeschirr unsauber und alt. Aufenthalt auf der Terrasse windig und kalt, keine Sonne. Zum Buss 800 Meter.

Belles vacances!!!
Nous avons passé 3 superbes semaines. La maison n'est pas toute neuve mais très bien équipée (cuisine bien agencée et literies d'excellente qualité). L'accès direct à la piscine et la terrasse fleurie sont très agréables. La piscine est entretenue, l'installation n'est pas de toute première fraicheur mais c'est très correcte, même si un coup de peinture ne serait pas un luxe! Lieu très calme et reposant. C' est notre 6ème fois sur l'île et c'est notre meilleur location rapport qualité/prix. Le propriétaire est très réactif et discret. Enfin, toutes les démarches sont gérées par Abritel est c'est très appréciable. Seule surprise: il a fallu ajouter 1€ par jour pour avoir le WIFI et ce n'était pas indiqué dans l'annonce. Enfin, la côte Adeje a déjà bien changée. Les lieux touristiques communs sont de plus en plus sales. La plupart des touristes sont irrespectueux. Le coût de la vie a augmenté sur cette partie de l'île. Je comprend mieux l'animosité des locaux qui voient leur ile dépérir. Même la qualité de l'eau s'est dégradée.... Quel dommage!
