Polite staff in great location with lovely pool
We had a one night stop over here on the way back from Zanzibar to the UK. It's less than 10 minutes from the airport and they provide a free shuttle so it couldn't be easier. We stayed all day waiting for our evening flight and they we used the facilities and the pool and it gave us a nice transition to end the holiday. The staff were exceptionally well trained and polite.

This property worked out well as we needed an overnight stay near the Kilimanjaro airport before we flew out to Serengeti. The accommodation were as expected but the staff exceeded expectations - professional pickup and drop off service, very helpful front desk. We forgot a small item in the room and the staff actually came back to the airport on their own accord to find us and return the item to us which was above and beyond. Thank you.

Superior customer service
The staff here are very friendly and accommodating. The airport shuttle pickup was easy and on time. The accommodations at the hotel are clean and roomy. The patio is ideal for morning coffee. The restaurant has great food and a well stocked bar. Breakfast was well stocked. The only downside is that we didn’t get to spend more time there. The staff were exceptional.

This was one of the best hotels we’ve ever stayed at! They had an incredibly smooth process from the airport transport to check in and check out. Every staff member was incredibly helpful, kind, and professional. Their grounds are GORGEOUS and it seems like they have a ton to offer from booking excursions to the pool and gym area! We only had one night here and I wished we had more! A definite MUST if you are staying in the Moshi area!
