This property worked out well as we needed an overnight stay near the Kilimanjaro airport before we flew out to Serengeti. The accommodation were as expected but the staff exceeded expectations - professional pickup and drop off service, very helpful front desk. We forgot a small item in the room and the staff actually came back to the airport on their own accord to find us and return the item to us which was above and beyond. Thank you.

Superior customer service
The staff here are very friendly and accommodating. The airport shuttle pickup was easy and on time. The accommodations at the hotel are clean and roomy. The patio is ideal for morning coffee. The restaurant has great food and a well stocked bar. Breakfast was well stocked. The only downside is that we didn’t get to spend more time there. The staff were exceptional.

This was one of the best hotels we’ve ever stayed at! They had an incredibly smooth process from the airport transport to check in and check out. Every staff member was incredibly helpful, kind, and professional. Their grounds are GORGEOUS and it seems like they have a ton to offer from booking excursions to the pool and gym area! We only had one night here and I wished we had more! A definite MUST if you are staying in the Moshi area!

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at the Lodge. When I got out of the Kilimanjaro Airport, I found a pickup waiting. The driver was very courteous and gave a smooth ride to the Lodge. I find the place safe, quiet, and comfortable. All the staff members were extremely friendly and helpful all the way to my departure. Strongly recommended!

Great experience, we were picked up at the airport by friendly staff on time, the hotel is a 10 minutes drive from the airport. The hotel property is clean, safe, and welcoming. The staff was always welcoming, caring, friendly, and professional. The food was delicious, the rooms had air conditioning, hot water, were very large and comfortable. We stayed with them on two different occasions and we will use them again on future stays.
