The hotel looks good as you enter. The staff is welcoming. The location is good, lots of shopping options nearby. However the cleanliness left a lot to be desired. The shower curtains had stains on it. The elevator floors were stained. The linens and towels were overused and weared out. But they were clean. The shower head wasn't cleaned for ages hence water was sprayed allover instead of coming down straight. The hot water from the geyser was short lived. It kept running out of hot water after showering for a few minutes. A conditioner along with the shampoobwould have been great. Other amenities were fine. The service was good but not great. Couple of times I had to ask for the same stuff twice. The walls are not sound proof. I could hear movies playing in the room beside me. Overall, it was an ok experience. But I am sure they can improve on it.
