Ideal für 4 Personen im Herzen von Ascona, hat Casa Dodi eine Wohnfläche von ca. 100 m2 plus eine Terrasse. Casa Dodi ist zentral gelegen, ca. 5 Gehminuten vom Zentrum von Ascona und von der Seepromenade entfernt. Mit dem Auto erreichen Sie Locarno in ca. 5 Minuten!

Raumaufteilung: Wohnzimmer mit Essbereich, Terrasse, zwei Schlafzimmer - eines mit einem Doppelbett und das andere mit zwei Einzelbetten, zwei Badezimmer - eines mit Badewanne, Waschbecken, Bidet und WC und das andere mit Dusche, Waschbecken und WC. Geräumige Terrasse mit direktem Zugang vom Wohnzimmer, der Küche und einem Schlafzimmer.

Es gibt auch eine schöne Pergola mit Steintisch, die Sie nutzen können! Ideal für schöne Frühlings-, Sommer- und Herbstabende!

Ideale Belegung: 2-4 Personen.
