We had a great stay. Just a quick 2 night stay, first time at Aloft. Immaculate , comfortable bed. Love the pool set up how even after hours there is nice area to sit. Lots of little areas in hotel to find a niche. Staff was friendly and helpful. Never like to pay for parking at a hotel but I guess that’s part of City stays.The location was great, walk to everything.

I stayed in a room poolside. The pool was very crowded and small. They allow people in who aren’t staying at the hotel for a membership fee. Housekeeping was subpar the first night, they just basically made the bed and that was it. Did not refresh the plastic cups or the paper coffee cups. Ran out of toilet paper and body wash. Good location, great restaurant next-door.

Staff was very helpful & friendly. Room was clean. Hotel & lobby nicely decorated. Only problem was the fitted sheet on the bed was too small and didn't fit. It kept popping off the corners.
