The Urban Trail and the Asheville Architecture and History Walk, popular self-guided walking tours of downtown, both include a stop at the Art Deco masterpiece, which is listed in the National Register of Historic Places. • Noise Ordinance
Asheville Landing is located in the S and W building, which, for the benefit of all of the building's residents, has a noise ordinance in effect between 10 p.m. and 8 a.m. A noise level monitor is in use in the building. If maintaining a quiet noise level beginning at 10 p.m. is an inconvenience for you, we have many properties that offer seclusion, so please give us a call and we will help you find the perfect property to match your needs!
• Please note that parking is not included with this rental property, and there is no loading/unloading zone in front of the entrance. There is a paid parking garage nearby which is well-marked and close to the S and W building.
• Due to the historic nature of the S and W building, the elevator is occasionally closed without warning for maintenance. Stairway access is always available to Asheville Landing, which is on the 4th floor.
