The space
The main floor includes 6 private bedrooms, 5 furnished with queen size beds & one bedroom with 2 twin beds. There are 2 newly renovated full baths. There is an open concept great room, consisting of a spacious living room with ample seating, large flat screen TV equipped with an android box containing all your favourite applications, shows and movies & both table games and board games for all your entertainment needs. There is a fully equipped kitchen containing the amenities required to cook up your favourite recipes. This kitchen is found on the property’s bottom floor, in addition to a half bathroom also available for your use.

Beautiful landscaping surrounds the property and there is ample parking for all guests, large enough for 10+ vehicles.

Linens and towels are included with your booking. We also provide bathroom toiletries (shampoo, conditioner, body wash, toilet paper, soaps).

The property is conveniently located to several popular attractions. All of your adventure essentials located in one place; biking, bird watching, boating, hunting, hiking, swimming, cross country skiing, picnics and more!

11 minutes to Port Albert Beach
11 minutes to Benmiller (A prime fishing destination)
13 minutes to The Maitland, a full service golf, tennis and curling facility
15 minutes to Points Farm Provincial Park
15 minutes downtown Goderich (Goderich Beach, the Lighthouse, Huron County Museum)
20 minutes to Point Clark
40 minutes to Papple Aviation which provides flight tours over the area of beautiful scenic views.

We have worked closely with Blue Line Fishing Charters for a long time and would highly recommend their services for interested parties!

There is lots of farms in the surrounding area where fresh produce can be purchased.

Located nearby is “The Hall,” an ideal place for a wedding reception, community dance, banquet, or party for up to 200 guests.

- There is security cameras located around the property exterior.
- No smoking allowed inside the house
- Unfortunately we do not allow our furry friends on the property (No pets)
- No excessive noise past 11pm.
- No outdoor footwear inside
