Beautiful newly renovated cottage. Located in the centre of the village moments walk between the local village shop and the newly refurbished pub. Enter in off the street in to a cosy lounge area with log burner and television. Leading into the new fully fitted cottage kitchen. Upstairs you will find a large master bedroom with queen size bed. A smaller bedroom with single bed (can be made into a double although space is limited) and a bathroom with walk in shower. Outside to the rear of the property is a courtyard with outside seating and bbq. Parking is outside the property on the road or in the carpark located just at the end of the row.
Locally there is Mersham le hatch Estate where you'll find the Secret garden restaurant & Koyla restaurant. Evegate park, you'll find a micro pub, deli, and artisan village .
There more great pubs nearby, in surrounding villages
and lots of walks including Mersham deer park or a short drive away will take you up into the stunning Wye downs.
