Wonderful brand new facility. Well appointed Comfortable room, great shower and water pressure. Breakfast was delicious and the person in charge of the breakfast was very helpful and informative about the area. We will be back for sure

This was a brand new hotel, so nice to have perfect decor and unstained carpets. The breakfast was delicious. Cranberry muffins fresh and full of fruit. All of the food was freshly prepared and well done.

FANTASTIC New Hotel!
This new property is a GEM! Spotless, fabulous service and DELICIOUS breakfast with sous vide eggs, fresh baked scones and muffins, waffles and crispy bacon. The perfect place to stay in downtown Ashtabula! The GM gave us lots of restaurant recommendations and they were all on point. The bar at the top of the hotel has garage doors that open to a spectacular view. The beds were very comfortable, lots of pillow choices and the shower had great water pressure. Highly recommend.

I was happy until upon check in I was told that the sky bar was closed due to a wedding. It was the only reason why we came that weekend. Highly disappointed. Then the breakfast was not ready, had to leave the hotel to eat.
