If you prefer not to walk, download the “Downtowner” app, which works just like Uber and is provided complimentary by the City of Aspen for downtown Aspen.
At the Rubey Park Transit Center, just one block away, you can catch one of the free buses to the other three mountains (Aspen Highlands, Buttermilk, and Snowmass). During the warmer months, you can use this free bus service to visit places like the Maroon Bells, Snowmass Village, or the hot springs!
