Forget your worries in this spacious and serene space. You will enjoy this home located in the hills on the west side of Atascadero. Most nights you can enjoy a visit from a family of deer that eats the greenery surrounding the home. Although you feel like you are miles from town, you are a quick five minute drive to all that Atascadero and San Luis County have to offer. From the breweries and wineries to the waves of the beach, this home keeps you close to everything.
The space
This spacious home offers four bedroom and two bathrooms. Recently updated and spectacular views.

The large kitchen, has a large bar, perfect for enjoying breakfast.. The kitchen boasts new quartz counters and stainless steel appliances. It is full stocked with pots and pans, Keurig, Instant Pot, air fryer and much more. Enjoy a meal with friends and family at the dining room table that can seat eight.

The living room has a large comfy sectional where you can sit and enjoy the 65" TV. Stream your favorite show and cuddle up with your favorite person for the perfect night in.

The master bedroom has a comfy king bed and an en suite. Should you choose stay in, there is a 45 inch TV in the bedroom. Bedroom two is large and spacious with cozy king bed and a dedicated work space, should you be working from "home" during your trip. Bedroom three is large and has a comfy queen bed. Bedroom four has a queen bed and a window with a view of the hills.

The shared guest bath has a bathroom, shower combo with a massage shower head and new quartz counters. The master bathroom has a walk in shower with massage shower head and robes provided for extra comfort.

Outside you will find a large deck where you can sit and enjoy the view, have a cup of coffee or dinner and watch the wildlife that call our property home.

Great for families

Had a great time with friends and the kiddos. Close to everything plus lots of space to run around. Would not recommend the slide for kids under 5.

We did a family trip and stayed for a long weekend. We had some issues getting into the house when we first checked in using their keypad, but Nichole was quick to respond and resolved it. There was plenty of space for the 7 of us--spacious kitchen, dining, living area, outside deck/patio for us to hang out. The house is as pictured! The house was pretty clean and organized. Kitchen had the basics (e.g. pots/pans, bowls, plates knives, utensils) if you wanted to cook/prepare meals, and also had an instant pot and air fryer for use. There's a single use Keurig machine & some pods available, bring your own cream and sugar if you need it. One of the rooms did not have a closet or any surfaces/organizers to unpack properly, so it could have benefitted from an external rack or organizer for personal belongings. Easy drive to Morro Bay, SLO and Pismo Beach. Nice spot to stay in, good for families or large groups. I would consider staying here again.

Home Where the Deer & Antelope Play

Overall nice family home. Peaceful and quiet. Spacious rooms. Beautiful to sit outside on front porch or back patio with a glass of wine and watch the deer coming me to the yard. Great star gazing at night. Easy drive to Morro Bay. The chairs in dining room not comfortable. Would have been a bit better if the house had another bathroom especially for large families.

The photos are very accurate

This house was very clean and nicely furnished and set on acreage in a rural area. Everything seemed new, which was perfect for us. The beds were very comfy and the linens were high quality. The kitchen was very well stocked and had good pots and pans. My one suggestion would be pads for the dining room chairs, as they weren’t conducive to staying at the table a while. We really enjoyed watching the deer, and several bedded down in the yard every night. Even though the house was rural, it was very close to town. I’d recommend this house, and with 4 very nice bedrooms, it would be perfect for a large family.
