Upouusi Apt Acropolis-näkymällä Monastirakissa

Ylellinen 105 neliömetriä. Asunto täysin remontoitu upealla näkymällä Parthenoniin olohuoneestaan. Sijaitsee Monastirakissa, Ateenan historiallisessa keskustassa, hengähdysmatkan päässä kaikista välttämättömistä nähtävyyksistä (Akropolis-museo, Parthenon, Plaka, pakene markkinat). Parhaat baarit, klubit, ravintolat ympäri rakennusta. 20 metrin päässä Monastirakin metroasemalta (yhdistää sinut suoraan lentokentälle). Nouto- ja toimituspalvelu lentokentältä tai satamiin käytettävissä.
Täysin varustettu keittiö, kaksi makuuhuonetta uusilla patjoilla ja kaksi kylpyhuonetta tekevät tyhjentämästäsi Kreikkaan tuntemaan olosi vielä kotona!
Isäntäsi ovat ammattilaisia, jotka isännöivät yli 6 vuotta ja ovat vieressäsi kaikessa, mitä tarvitset ollessasi Ateenassa ja muualla Kreikassa!

Perfect place in the perfect location.
We had a 1 night layover from our cruise that finished in Athens. I booked this apartment because it was spacious. We needed it with 3 teenage boys. The apartment was great! Plenty of room and well air conditioned. The location was incredible! In the middle of everything. It was fun for my wife and I to explore and find multiple options for dining at the small restaurants. I highly recommend this property if you are staying in Athens.

Spacious comfortable apartment
Fabulous location and inside space. Host was very helpful regarding restaurants etc. the only reason I took one star off in overall rating was the noise factor in the front bedroom. And to be fair, other reviewers had mentioned this too so it was not unexpected. Host went above and beyond! Great stay and we hope to use again!

great place!
This was a really great place- super clean and easy to check in. I appreciated that the owner communicated quickly and responsively on check in and otherwise! People have made comments about the noise, and it is lively but I think the area is so much fun and it's really jut like being in NY! Unless you plan to sleep through Athens this isn't an issue. Wonderful!

We rented this apartment due to the location, but it was loud due to the music and commotion in the square below. The kitchen was not well equipped. It was complicated to take a shower. You had to turn on a hot water breaker, wait and then turn it off. A lot of work for a shower. Communication was slow, although finely did get answers to questions there was just always a delay.

Great view of the acropolis
The view was stunning and the property had all of the basics we needed to enjoy our stay. The building itself though is super loud. The walls are very thin and this is located in a party neighborhood. On Saturday night the club below us went until 5am. If you like to party, then this place will be a perfect stay. Easily walk-able to all the areas most people visit while in Athens. (You can walk right to the Acropolis! Its only about 15min away, and you can even walk the capitol to watch the guard ceremony!) All in all a good stay, but I would add an extra caution to female travelers. The neighborhood is full of "grabby" men.

1st Time in Greece
We had a wonderful time in Athens! The location and convenience of the apartment was excellent. The apartment was the perfect size and felt like home. Would recommend it for sure! We enjoyed having our morning coffee with the view of the Acropolis. Walking to restaurants was easy and close by, as was shopping and site seeing. Everything was right outside the door. We did the tour with Spyros who did an amazing job giving us a history lesson and keeping us engaged. He spent the whole day with us, showing us the obvious sites to see and also taking us to places that are low key and off the grid. He gave us suggestions for restaurants and things to do, in addition to some special recommendations for when we went to Santorini. Must say it was a great time in Athens!!

Stayed in this apartment last year as well. Great location. Surrounded by lots of shops and restaurants. Next to Monastiraki Square. Lobby area and elevators were nicely remodeled since our last stay. Super clean. Spacious. Highly recommend.

Perfect Location!
We loved staying here ~ it was central, interesting to explore the area and easy to navigate. We walked everywhere! The view of the Acropolis was amazing and such a special feature to see every morning and evening! The late evening sounds of the city were fun for us. I highly recommend this place and would stay again!

We loved the location and spacious apartment for our family trip to Greece!! Fantastic Location
The pros: 1. Very spacious apartment. 2. Location next to Monastiraki Square is unbeatable. 3. Countless restaurants nearby. The cons: 1. Lot of street noise and music late into the night. 2. Shower water pressure leaves much to be desired. 3. Lobby is dingy and off putting. But the apartment is fine. On balance, this is a fantastic rental. Would rent again in a heartbeat.

The property was located very close to Monastiraki Square and the metro station. The main attractions in Athens were walkable or only 1 metro station away. The property was modern, clean, and very reasonably priced. The managers were helpful and accommodating.

Did all the sites in center city , This rental was perfect for what we did , Loots of places to eat.
Site seeing all the history places around City Center. Used Tour buses for transportation only and did sites on our own. Hired owner (Spyro)of VRBO for 1 day walking tour and he did fantastic job with history lesson on what really happen in Athens covering way back BC and what wars went on and his knowledge of the Greece people and culture was invaluable. Great time all around and location of rental is perfect for visiting downtown Athens. Rental was very clean and great location. Tim
