Wonderfully located rooms with on site managers who were very kind and helpful. I highly recommend this place as a good value right in the heart of a good residential/commercial area close by to the historical sites and also walking distance to the Central Business District.

Amazing and super clean place to stay. The managers were very accommodating and wonderful. Close walk to all the major sites. They even e-mailed us a list of eateries near the hotel to eat out. Tried several and they were all wonderful! You cant beat the location and rooms for the price!

This was a lovely spot to stay for our first stop in Greece ! We felt so safe and comfortable in this area and the property managers were so quick with communication for any questions ! A bonus being able to do laundry too :) Definitely recommend!

Super clean, in a lovely area with lots of good places for food. Acropolis is walking walking distance. The people who worked there were absolutely lovely, so welcoming and very helpful. Would absolutely recommend!

I stayed at Great Living Koukaki for 4 days and had a wonderful experience. We stayed in a clean and comfortable 2-bedroom suite with a kitchen, bathroom, sitting area, and a pleasant balcony overlooking orange-fruit trees. The suite had everything we needed—towels, robes, soap, a fully equipped kitchen, AC units, and TVs. Water pressure was excellent, and the lock on the room door, and front door of the building felt very secure. Free washer/dryer, Wi-Fi and a small but useful elevator. The staff on site were friendly, and helpful. The area felt safe, we walked to all major sites easily. No rental car was needed. Overall, I highly recommend Great Living Koukaki. Its location is great. I would gladly stay here again if I return to Greece.

Fantastic spot to retreat too after a day on the tourist trail. Communication was fantastic, storage lockers for our early arrival and into our room a few hours early. Made good use of the free laundry facilities after a 9 day cruise to catch up and repack before flying out of Athens. Very clean and has everything you need including comfortable beds. Thank you so much for your hospitality.

The apartment was ok but we were in 4th floor penthouse and the elevator didn’t work. Terrible elevator design that got stuck and unusable. The bathroom door and shower door didn’t work/ lose.

This is one of these cases where the pictures do not oversell the property, it is exactly as pictured. Clean, spacious, extremely comfortable beds and crisp linens, AC in every room, huge shower stall etc. Although in the middle of Athens, it is a nice quiet neighbourhood, walking distance (5-15 minutes walk to many Athens attractions), great cafés, restaurants, markets etc. right around the corner, and the metro stop 2 minutes by foot. Yiannis was a great host, with clear arrival communication, always available, and cleaning service every 3 days.
