greek adventure

nice hotel that is very handy to metro system so travel from airport to hotel within an hour with a single line change also it is within walking distance of the city centre as long as you have no walking difficultys as 2 steep hills have to be negotiated

Hotelli hyvällä paikalla , netti todella surkee.

Hotelli ihan hyvä jäähdytys ei toiminut. Tunki kuumaa ilmaa . Jouduin nukkumaa ikkuna auki . Ulkoa tuli aika paljon meteliä ja autojen, sekä moottoripyörien kiihdyttelyä.

kahden naisen Ateenaan tutustuminen

Kevät odotti meitä Ateenassa.Hotelli helposti löydettävissä,lähellä metropysäkkiä. Huoneemme oli parvekkeeton,vaikka olimme odottaneet parveketta. Huoneen vaihto olisi maksanut 16 e päivältä .Päätimme käyttää sen vaatimattoman rahan kahviloihin ym Ateenassa. Ikkunaluukut olivat kiinni ,emme onnistuneet saamaan niitä auki,mutta eipä sieltä olisi näkynyt kuin kerrostalon seinä.Korjautimme parit valot ja tv:n patterit,mutta tv ei toiminut koko talossa.Olimme päivät tutkimassa Ateenan nähtävyyksiä,joten yöpaikkana lyhyellä lomalla tämä toimi hyvin.Viikon matkalle toivoisi tasokkaampaa hotellia.Pyytåmåmme korjaukset tapahtuivat pikana ja muutenkin meille annettiin vinkit Ateenan lyhyt lomaan jopa check-in tehtiin hotellissa ja taksi odotti aamulla meitä hotellin edessä kotimatkalle lähtiessä. Hotellin ruokatarjoilua emme testanneet.

Nähtävyyksiä katsellen

Huoneessa suihku oli rikki sängyt epämukavat likaiset peitteet huoneet remontin tarpeessa. aamupala huono makkarat ja juustot lämpimiä ei kylmä tiskissä, kahvi kylmää, vihanneksia ei laisinkaan

The location was great. Close to Metro and sightseeing bus. Poor area 3 and 4 stars hotel nearby

The hotel is simple but close to the city, metro, sighseeing bus and 30 minutes by taxi to the airport. Going to airport by metro is excellent. The sightseeing bus next street from the hotel. We only slept in the hotel. We were out early morning and came late at night. The hotel arranged our trip to Corinth canal. This is a highlight for us. So many interesting place to see in Athen. Easy travel to many island. We went crazy shopping to Plaka, Kolonaki, Monastiraki, Ermou, Athen floating market, The mall and Golden hall. The people are so friendly, helpful and spoke english. Metro is so clean inside and outside. I felt so healthy with the weather here. Food, music and dance at Plaka tavern was awesome. We broke plates at the end of the show. I want to come back to Greece again. Rio Hotel is so reasonable price. Joy and Vicky

für Junge leute, die wenig Zeit im Hotel verbringen OK

Das Frühstück ist sehr minimal. Leider gab es nur ein Zentralsafe, was sehr unangenehm war. Nicht genügend Steckdosen. Wir waren 4 Personen und hatten nur eine. Die Hotelangestellten waren jedoch sehr sehr nett und sind sehr hilfsbereit. Für junge Leute, die nicht viel Zeit im Hotel verbringen ist es OK. Jedoch für Leute, denen das Hotel wichtig ist und die es gerne chic mögen ist das keine gute Wahl. Die Lage ist in Ordnung. Die Metrostation ist ganz in der Nähe.

Catastrophique

Outre un quartier sordide (immeubles délabrés ou désaffectés), l'hôtel est d'une propreté relative, le personnel oublie de nettoyer les chambres, le petit déjeuner est moyen voire douteux. Par ailleurs, un parking est annoncé : c'est FAUX (stationnement gratuit dans la rue ceci dit). De même pour le WiFi à code à usage unique : 3h de connexion et il faut redescendre quémander un autre code à un personnel qui ne sait ostensiblement pas ce qu'est le commerce, voire la plus simple politesse, quand ce n'est pas le propre adolescent de l'hôtelier qui joue au foot dans le lobby de l'hôtel. Bref, séjour surréaliste. Un conseil à la vue de cet hôtel : FUYEZ !

goede ligging voor uitstapjes met een leuke prijs

Een prachtig hotel, het ligt alleen in een wat verlaten maar veilige wijk, het ligt 200 mtr. bij de uitstekende metro van Athene, maar alles is te voet te bereiken. mooie ruime kamer, elke dag schoon beddengoed. goed ontbijt en vriendelijk personeel. Een aanrader voor Uw stedenreis naar Athene wat ligging, prijs en service betreft.
