Beautifully renovated 3 bed, 2 bath home. Master on main, two bedrooms with shared bath upstairs, and a finished basement that is a great area for children to play.

The entire home can be yours for a UGA football weekend or a 1-6 month rental. The home is in the Barrow Elementary School district, off of Milledge Avenue, and walking distance to Memorial Park.

Travel Nurse or Physician? Our home is an 8 minute drive from St. Mary's (3.8 miles) and 10 minutes from Piedmont Athens Regional (4.5 miles).

Great game day weekend!
My group got tickets to the GA/Auburn game last minute and needed to find a place to stay. I was a little skeptical about the location but it turned out to be perfect! It was just a little over a mile to the stadium and the parking pass put us within a 5 min walk. We were able to tailgate and had a great time! The host was easily reachable and was very accommodating!! Would highly recommend this property!
