The breakfast was poor, the hot plates that stored the hot food did not work, not much choice with fresh bread cobs etc, no milk near the cereals and cereal tasted stale, staff were friendly but the breakfast was very poor.

Great hotel, modern , clean , staff was great , but they had no hot water the two days we were there. Also, breakfast after 9:15 am was disappointing. They ran out of eggs , croissants and bacon and never refilled the trays even though breakfast lasted until 10:30. Good but needs improvement.

To begin the property itself was superior. The details and overall cleanliness made it very pleasant. The rooftop bar and lounge was superb! The staff were the best! Katia at the front desk was great as was the young lady on the rooftop bar (Joy?) Location is excellent. The suite was excellent too. Loved the whole property and experience. Will stay here and nowhere else when in Athens next.

This average hotel had 2 elevators. One did not operate at all during our 6 night stay and the other failed one day, This made it difficult to walk to the 5th floor where breakfast was served. The Television in our room did not operate at all during our stay and we were told it needed a technician, but one was never available and this meant we had to use the general hotel "non-secure" wifi service instead of the "password" one from the TV system. Previously we stayed at the Apollo Palms Hotel which was nearby, it was $100.00 cheaper per night and far better in every way.

Location is great, close to metro and great view at the roof bar looking at the acrópolis. Friendly staff and breakfast is excellent. Close to everything we wanted to visit. Few steps from Monastiraki square.

+ Good space in the room, lovely balcony, great location, friendly staff in the reception - not enough hooks for towels in the bathroom, the phone did not work, we had problems with the AC. No cotton pads in the bathroom.

great location, directly across the street from M3 subway station that goes to airport and provides convenient access everywhere else. walking distance to acropolis and other central sites. lots of shops, restaurants, etc. rooftop lounge/bar is very nice. highly recommended.
