Terrible check in staff not helpful and mean except the manager who tried to rectify the issue. Elevators are always late taking eternity to go up or down

Whatever you do do not stay at this hotel the staff is horrible. The food is horrible. You can’t even get a coffee till past 10 AM and the rooms are full of cockroaches three different guest found the same issue.

The hotel has a convenient location for dining and shopping. It always seemed clean and well cared for. The staff were very friendly. Breakfast buffet seemed have something to please everyone.

Nice hotel, well located. Near Metro, walking distance to Monastiraki/Psirri/Plaka areas, Syntagma, and others. Great breakfast buffet, nice rooftop bar/restaurant. Elevators are a little slow for the size of the hotel and number of guests. Rooms are clean and well appointed, but a little dated.

The lobby is nice but when u get to your room it would feel like you are in a motel.the only good thing is it’s 15 minute walk away from the tourist attraction.
