Thoroughly Exceeded Expectations
Theologos and his family are incredible hosts. Never overbearing but very helpful with tips and recommendations, all while being so friendly. We were very pleasantly surprised with the amount of space the room offered as well, and the pool came in very handy on a hot day. Highly recommend Villa d’Irene

Property is in a quiet neighborhood, well taken off. Property owners were very pleasant and willing to help whatever my needs were. They even give rides to where I needed to go and suggested places to dine. Walkable to beach and mini market. My Studio Villa was Hugh with large balcony overlooking the Aegean Sea. I strongly recommend this property and if I travel to Athen Greece again, I will be staying at Villa D’Irene.

The pool is fabulous. The owners are so hospitable and welcoming. He picked us up from the airport, recommended a nearby restaurant, coffee shop and bakery. There’s a beach nearby. The rooms are safe and comfortable.

Close to the airport.
Very quiet location close to airport. Easy walk to the beach, to restaurants and grocery. Air conditioner worked great! Beautiful swimming pool. Theo was a great host who responded quickly to any questions or requests we had. I would recommend this Villa and most likely will stay again for future visits to Athens.

Secret Gem
Villa d’Irene in Athens is a family owned property situated in a small town close to the airport as well as the beach. The owner Theo is delightful, he personally took us to and from the airport (for a fee). This is an older, traditional but well maintained property. There is a beautiful outdoor swimming pool. The unit was clean and cozy, with a full kitchen, living room and a bathroom with a shower or relaxing oversized tub. There is a wonderful restaurant on the beach nearby. We enjoyed meeting and chatting with Theo. He is a very warm and hospitable host. Great ongoing communication with Theo via WhatApp.

Family was great getting us situated I. The eve bug when we got there and recommended late night restaurant. Was close and convenient to the airport which is one of the reasons we picked it but also because it was beautiful and had coffee the last morning on our way to airport on balcony with sunrise. Only feedback which really they have no control of is there were noisy dogs in the neighborhood but again we all have those neighbors soo would not keep me from staying again. Bakery they recommended in the morning on way to airport was fantastic. We miss Greece already thanks for being a part of our experience. Thank you George and your father.

The owners were very helpful and accommodating. They provided transfers to and from the airport and also to an excellent nearby restaurant . Chosen originally for its proximity to Athens airport, we were pleasantly surprised by the nearby, walkable sandy beach, the spaciousness of our apartment and a great pool.
