House cleaning could have been better. There was hair on my pillows and thru out the bathroom, water on my bathroom floor which was turning brown; ants in the room! The door was jamming. It was bad so I had to change room. The lady (Nan)at the front desk was very helpful.

The property itself is nice and clean. The rooms are fairly small though. Bathrooms aren’t separate from the room which I wasn’t too happy about and the shower is small but it does have a rainfall shower head. There isn’t a sink in the bathroom so you’d have to freshen up in the kitchen area where the only sink is. There’s a $150 incidental fee which they hold on top of the cost of the room (which is something I wasn’t aware of until I checked in) and parking was $19/night for me. The staff werent mean but not very friendly either, just there. The area that the hotel is located in is very convenient. It’s near perimeter mall and lots of food places/attractions. I won’t be staying here again but it’s nice for a one day stay. If you’re staying any longer than that it may be boring as it’s no pool or hot tub. Also the gym door never opened even when I got a new key card.
