Got to the hotel at 11pm and they didn't give us a room until 5am. The sheets in one of the room smelled as well. The hotel is also outdated and needs renovations as it looks like something from the 90s.

Since we arrive to the hotel everything's was superb, starting with Danica at the front desk, the customer service provided by her and everyone was great, the rooms was very confortable the service at the sport bar_ restaurant was very good, maybe the only bad thing was the service at Starbucks was very but very poor, thank you very much for having me and my family at your hotel, we coming back for sure.

We had a great corner room with a picturesque view of the city. With a Starbucks, a well stocked store with everything from fresh meals to souvenirs to everything in between, all reasonably priced with late hours, and on site restaurants, you have everything you need. The staff at every turn were friendly and welcoming too. I'll be back!
