The hotel is nice and the room was spacious and cozy. I did not like the parking situation and the check in was not efficient as it took a long time to get checked in.

Staff were very friendly and kind. The pool area was not well lit, dirty and outdated. The lobby floors were clean, but the hotel room lobby floors and rooms/windows were filthy. The hotel room ceiling had water stains.

The hotel check-in and parking area caused a massive traffic backup around the facility. Took an hour to drive into the check-in area. No clear access to the entrance. Because staff turned cars around very slowly, there were long lines to check-in to the room as well.

Beautiful hotel with nice restaurants.front desk offered early checkin which was much appreciated. Room was very far from elevator with no view but quiet and clean. Good restaurants in the area but little else of interest nearby.
