Worse Vrbo experience ever
1) Couldn’t park where assigned, not enough overhead clearance and I had specifically requested and communicated that I needed above ground parking when I made the reservation, and in a subsequent Vrbo message. Very slow to respond. Property mgr had to get involved. Then got assigned a new spot, and it was occupied! Landmark had to issue me an overnight pass. Moved y vehicle three times before ever getting a final spot my last day. 2) then, to get checked in I had trouble with the door code had to go down and get the property manager to come up and help me Gideon finally it took me an hour and a half to get in my room finally upon arrival that was ridiculous then I was told by the Verbo contact and the property manager downstairs that there would be a key FOB waiting for me in the room there wasn’t so I messaged the Verbo contact and got told they would have one for me the next morning then I had to get the property manager to come show me how to lock the ring back so that I can leave maroon you know to go to dinner and go to business meetings. That two was ridiculous the next morning I left for business meetings all day got back no key fob so that was very very ridiculous.3) then once I’m in the room looking around I noticed that the shower did not have shower doors. I found them in a closet. I had to find lightbulbs and take a light bulb from a lamp. I didn’t plan to use to put it in lamps that I wanted to use… Went to take a bath and the drain plug is broke
