There were some men smoking weed in the parking lot late at night but once I got inside, I felt safe. You can hear the traffic pretty good from the room I was in but the bed was comfy and the room was clean. The staff is VERY friendly. I would stay there again!

Just stayed for the night need a room closer to the airport. I know it’s not a safe area, but I didn’t have any problems. Breakfast didn’t start till seven had to be on the road by six which is very unusual for a workday

Shuttle drivers slamming doors and asking for tips is a bit excessive however I will tip so I asked if he had any tech sites for tip such as cash app, Venmo, etc and he said no and told me to open the door and let myself out when he drove past my arrival gate. Customer service is not great except for cleaning staff

The hallways smelled horrible, partly due to marijuana. The first room we were put in had a very strong flowery/cleaner smell that made it hard to breathe. There was a person sleeping on the couch in the lobby. Staff was not very friendly at all. Would never recommend this hotel to anyone.
