The communication is terrible. I called to let them know I would be late to check in since I was driving from New York, I was told that was acceptable and my reservation was switched. Once I got there I was charged for a full night and it was none refundable. I asked to speak with the manager and was told the manager would be in on Monday. I called Monday and was told the manager is on vacation and won’t be back for another week. I was charged for an entire night and can’t even speak to a manager about this. And Expedia did nothing to help. Be aware of this before booking!!! I will not be back.

I liked how close to the airport it is. I did not like neither the food nor the food options at the on-site restaurant. I didn’t like the snack shop being cash only as the ATM machine was out of order during my stay.

I absolutely love this hotel its beautifully decorated also it smells so delightful walking in the staff was also amazing TAMARA checked us in she was so polite and welcoming with her beautiful smile i will definitely most definitely book again at this hotel and the room was also beautiful and very clean the bed was comfy we also ordered room service i order the black bean burger but i hated it it was very burnt and literally falling apart but thats about it everything else was perfect
