I’m leaving an HONEST review. I liked that it was in a close vicinity of what plans we had for the evening. I liked that it was clean & nice looking for the most part. I did not like the misleading room pictures, stains on my sheets even though they are washed they were stained. The descriptions online are vague & seems they put more money into the lobby then bedrooms. You are only offered valet parking which is super inconvenient to pay $50 per night when there is already a fee per day for destination fees. Be sure to read everything carefully, I did. Ask all the questions necessary. While upon the trip my husband and I received 2 $10 vouchers for money off food/ beverage which was nice except we stayed two nights & no one informed me only one voucher per day used, so we missed out on one of them. They would not even let me give it to someone else so it was wasted. Then the small breakfast biscuits they offer they are about $8 & for that pay you might as well go grab breakfast to enjoy it. You’ll have to pay for parking across the street which can basically cost about $30 or more a day.

Stay was fine.
I will say that overall my stay was fine. I booked three nights for the Atlanta food and wine festival. Check- in was simple but I was not aware that Valet parking was $50 per day. We ended up parking in the parking garage across the street. The room was fine, and very standard and the bathroom was much smaller than expected. As a warning to others, do not rely on the text message service if you have complaints with your room. Our TV did not work for the first two days despite sending messages to them to notify that the cable was not connected. After the second night, I got back to the hotel and informed the front desk of this and they did eventually send someone up to repair it. The restaurant was nice and the bartender DJ made an excellent drink. Overall I felt the stay was adequate, but not over the top or exceptional by any means.

the other room 1232 that i reserved my sister and friend have bites on necks and arms. my room the carpet was fifty as was the couch, i could not control the temperature in my room. it was either too warm or tool cold or i had to turn it off. the bathroom mirror was broken. this was room 1277. valet parking was $50 bucks a night and they tell you you can park across the street but they break into cars. i will say this the gentleman who checked us in was awesome and his name was Malcolm

The bathroom light was not all working so the bathroom was dark. Had issues with the temperature of the water and the stream was very low. The AC was not really cooling much and would turn off often. Besides that the hotel was very nice.

Great facility. Service was less than ideal, people at front desks don't communicate well at all. Nor do they pick up the phone when at 5 am someone was banging on a door and yelling for 20 minutes. The other guests were loud and inconsiderate. And we overheard the staff talking negatively about other guests. Profesionalism was a lost art in the hotel. A few staff were nice and friendly, but they sadly did not make up for the lack of the others. Rooms were clean enough, the gym was dirty. They have valet only which is $50 per night. Which we found out at the hotel.

Not impressed. The front desk people couldn't even smile. Super slow, and the valet service is $50. We went to the hotel restaurant and it was super slow, waited on drinks for 1 hour, and food came out before the drinks. Person next to us was served before us and came in after us. Guests on our hall were super loud and the room needed air freshener. We had breafast at Collage it was mediocre but at least the staff smiled a couple of times. Also a $27.00 resort fee was charged. Not worth staying, thanks but no thanks.
