Every was ok. The room was clean and pretty. The reception and staff were ok too. The only thing that I have problem with was a waitress in the breakfast, she was rude and not friendly at all. The breakfast was pretty much ok.

Our overall experience to Atlanta was 4.5/10. The hotel was crowded not peaceful at all. There was numerous dog attacks in the lobby, the breakfast was undercooked and overly seasoned. Everything was crowded, the hotel housed people that was affected by the storm. I understand but I felt the hotel could've let us know that before arriving. Our trip was booked prior to the storm. Theres a $100 deposit and from the deposit the charged a "destination fee" of $25 per night. We were not notified of this fee anywhwre until we received our deposit back. The staff was nice if it wasn't for those guys and Pasha restaurant, this trip would've been a 0/10.

The room i booked stated that it sleeps 4. The room was tiny and there's no way it could sleep 4. Since the hotel was full, i had to book an additional room at another hotel, which of course led to undue stress and money spent. BTW, the Hilton had a much nicer room for similar cost.

Do not stay in the south tower. Very old, dirty and worned out. The floor is super dirty with stains, sheets had blood stain and the matress is old and filthy. Pull up the sheets and see for yourself. Ceiling has paint deterioration and signs of a leak. Furniture is old.
