Necesita más limpieza. Tuve que cambiar de habitación porque el olvo de la alfombra me impedía dormir y además, encontré una cucarachita en una gaveta. Un día estuve en la habitación en la mañana pero por la tarde no pasó nadie a realizar la limpieza.

The tub had a big ring around it. The room smelled bad and funky. The pillows had hair on it and stains on pillow case. I called housekeeping and the front desk to ask for sheets and pillows for the pullout bed but there was no answer. This was a very bad experience so far

The first room we were placed in was filthy. There were white stains on the couch, yellowing stains on the bed. We immediately went down to change the room as we felt it unsanitary. We were moved to have the same issue but now bigger stains on the couch and the pillows not even aligned on the furniture correctly. We sat there for a sec to see if we should stay. We tried to open the balcony (which is what we paid more for) just for a plaque to be on the glass doors stating * To ensure the safety and security of our guests, access to the balcony has been restricted.* when we checked in there was no mention of this nor any pre-arrival notification. And to top it off, we’ve requested a refund and still haven’t received it. You you just need somewhere to sleep for the night maybe but if you were planning a special occasion such as myself, please avoid here.

Almost all the chairs in the breakfast room were stained. Not one or two but almost all; and it looked as if no effort had been made to wash/clean them. There was no minifridge in the room, nor was there a microwave. Parking, whether by valet or by self was expensive. I had to park at an open air venue 2 locks away for $30 overnight as as opposed to $50 at the hotel. The staff, however, was very friendly and helpful and the space itself was clean.

The bed was horrible. It had a dent in the middle and a loud squeak when I sat down like it was going to fall apart. The hotel needs to be remodeled. Very old.

The mattress, sheets and whatever they considered a comforter was stained, sheets didn't fit the bed. Because of the mattress being stained the maid laid 3 flat sheets on the bed as protection. She also.had to make a comforter with 5 to 6 flat sheets to use as cover. Ask for a blanket or additional cover due to being cold never received because there was none. Sheets never fitted the bed. Elevator was dirty. You try calling they won't answer the phones at the front desk. Also tried multiple times after booking my reservation never received an answer. Ice machines broken.

My family and I stayed there in separate rooms. Each had black mold, my room specifically smelt like mold so I got switched to another. The next room the AC was broken, no soaps, barely any toilet paper, black mold in bathrooms and around doorways. The cleaning lady asked if we wanted our room clean and I said yes. When we got back, not cleaned, no soap, no toilet paper. The valet people were rude and expensive per day. Customers who went to the counter sounded like they all had issues too with tub or shower not draining, just hand towels and no bath towels. Receptionist were nice and handle things fast, but maintenance and cleaning crew need a lot if work. Would not recommend to stay.
