Someone in this building is doing something fishy. After I checked out I received a charge on my card. I called to ask what is this charge for after given the run around someone finally said its for food and beverage. Ive never ate or drink anything in that hotel. Currently no one is answering my calls. So i was charge for some invisible food and drink. This is why I hate hotels its always fast to take your money and slow to refund....its going on two days and i still haven't received a call back and im still getting rhe run around. This is Bad customer service.

Overall this was a lovely place to stay. The rooms were cleaned everyday and restocked. The hotel breakfast buffet was $18.99 per person, so a tad pricey. The staff was very friendly and outgoing. I would recommend asking not to be on the first floor though. We were on the first floor located by the entrance and the rooms are not sound proof.

Our room had poor plumbing. No one would answer at the front desk from the room phone so I had to call from my cell phone to get an answer. They sent engineering who commenced to give me a lesson on how to flush a toilet. Nothing was resolved. In the middle of the night it got very warm in the room and hotter that morning. No response from the room phone. Went downstairs and was told there was a "power surge" would be fixed early evening. Last night into early morning fire alarm goes off. Non Emergency except I had to call front desk. They answered this time. There appeared to be red blood drops all over the carpet. There was holes in the bathroom walls from missing pieces that used to hold towels.

The hotel was nice and the beds were comfortable. There was no microwave in our room. Unfortunately there were other guests allowing children to run around screaming unsupervised . I had to take a two year old that wandered to the elevators to find it's parent due to lack of parental supervision.
