I reserved rooms for 8 guests. All enjoyed their stay and expressed positive comments about the staff. One had a couple of dirty towels in his room when he entered for the first time, but the staff was quick to correct and offer an apology.

I loved the ambiance at this facility. It was very inviting. I enjoyed the rooms layout as well. It was very relaxing and appealing.. the only down fall would be the managers reception… the snacks were a little under par. I would suggest maybe more selections in that area would be greatly appreciated. But, overall it was a great stay. I will definitely return.

The front desk clerks were rude. Every encounter we had with them was very disappointing. So were the workers preparing breakfast every morning. We are very east-going people and don’t expect a lot, but when you are nicer than the employees treat you and they are getting paid to do so, it’s frustrating.

Nice place that could fine tune some things for the price (including $38 for parking). The person checking people in was super nice and good at her job, but she was the only person at the desk so there was a long line. Rooms were clean, but faucet was loose, no tp holder and had a few small stains on the carpet. Nothing nasty, just could be better. Breakfast was very good.

The phone in my room didn’t work, there was no conditioner in my room and it took over 30 minutes for someone to bring it, I requested lotion also which wasn’t brought and I had to ask again the next day. Lobby staff is not very pleasant.
